You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to these Terms & Conditions. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. After 18 months of inactivity, we reserve the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 (or currency equivalent) from the account balance.
